Our Process

Sketch, design, plan

Together, we outline the Critical To Quality elements you want in your new product. We make sure those stay at the forefront every step of the way. We sketch concepts, render color mock ups, play with fabrics and materials, and build the product in 3D if necessary.

Build out tech specs

Once we have completed design and revisions, tweaking and updates- your product is ready to go to sample. We design a road map for your product- which includes anything from dimensions to color, fabrics to hardware, 3D parts to tooling design.

Sample the product

Typically about 3 rounds of sampling before we can get to the final product- this is the fun part! We handle techpack pass off, factory communication, construction challenges, and so much more. Leave it to us- we got you!

Mass Production

Here’s where things get really exciting- you are ready to go into production. We will help you handle ordering, any logistics, quality control, and making sure you get your product perfectly delivered, on time and on cost.
